Known for their world-class IPAs and cult-followed releases, Tree House has long been a bucket-list destination for beer enthusiasts. But what we didn’t realize until recently is just how dog-friendly their Charlton, Massachusetts location is—inside and out! That’s right—Tree House is one of the rare breweries where well-behaved pups are welcome both indoors and outdoors. From the moment you drive up the winding, landscaped road, the property gives off luxury ski resort vibes. Once inside, you're greeted with two indoor beer gardens and plenty of spacious, community-style seating—perfect for relaxing with your pup at your side.
Outside is where this place really shines. The brewery has designed a stunning outdoor space with a variety of seating options, whether you're looking to post up at a shady Adirondack chair in the trees or mingle with fellow beer (and dog) lovers in a more social setting. On our visit, we soaked in the late summer New England sunshine, took in the beautifully manicured views, and grabbed a delicious lunch from a food truck parked just steps away. After years of enjoying Tree House beers at home, this was our first time visiting their flagship Charlton location—and now we know it’s not just dog-friendly, it’s truly welcoming to dogs and their humans alike.
